User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Favstir, including lists, items, and notes.
By using the service, you grant Favstir permission to store, display, and process your content solely as necessary to operate the app (for example, showing a shared list when you choose to share it).
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
Sharing and Public Access
If you choose to share a list:
- Anyone with the link may view that list.
- Favstir cannot control how shared links are used once they are shared.
You are responsible for deciding what content you make available to others.
Availability and Limitations
Favstir is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Favstir if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused.
You may stop using Favstir at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service as Favstir evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
